How it goes out
This is a crewed rental. Every booking includes a Gloworks operator for the whole session — rigging it, switching it, mixing it and confirming the recordings. We do not hire the unit out on its own, for three reasons.
Once it is streamed it is gone. Someone has to be watching the multiview for the guest who starts talking off-camera, the camera that drifts out of focus, the laptop that sleeps mid-demo — and switching before the audience notices.
Gain staging, a gate that opens when it should, a guest who takes their headphones off — that is a person's job during a recording, not a setting you leave running.
Rigging six sources into one box in an unfamiliar room is where kit gets damaged and shows get lost. Our operator has done it enough times that setup is the boring part of the day.

No. It goes out as a crewed rental only, with a Gloworks operator running it for the whole booking. It is a live switcher — a missed cut, a muted guest or a recording that never armed cannot be fixed afterwards, so we do not hand it over as a bare box.
They arrive 60 to 90 minutes early, rig the cameras and microphones into the console, set levels and scenes with you, run the switch and the mix live through the session, confirm the recordings, and de-rig. You brief the show; they run the box.
It is quoted per shoot, because the number that matters is crew, cameras and hours rather than a box on a shelf. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many cameras and speakers, and we will come back with a fixed price.

If they output clean HDMI, yes — and the console converts mismatched frame rates itself, so mixed bodies are fine. Send us the models and we will test them on the unit before your date rather than discovering it on site.
Yes. Program and individual ISO sources record to an SSD during the session, so you leave with the live cut and with every camera and microphone recorded separately for an edit.
A week is comfortable; for a launch or a multi-camera stage give us two so we can recce the room. Short-notice bookings are worth asking about — it depends on what else is out that day.
