Crew & cameras
Operators, a director or producer, and audio or streaming technicians. One camera is cheaper, but it can only be in one place — for a keynote it gives you the speaker or the audience, not both.
2026 Pricing Guide · Bengaluru
The honest answer is that it depends — on crew, cameras, audio, deliverables and how fast you need them. So instead of a made-up number, here's the real breakdown, plus a calculator that prices your event as you build it.
The short version: ₹25,000–₹50,000 for simple coverage, ₹50,000–₹1.5 lakh for a complete corporate-event package, and ₹1.5 lakh+ for multi-camera, livestreamed or fast-turnaround production.
Pick the setup you have in mind and watch the number move. Every option is a real line on a real quote — crew, audio, streaming, deliverables and turnaround — so you can see exactly what is pushing the budget up.
Pick the closest shape, then change anything below — the estimate updates as you go.
The single biggest driver, and the one vendors quote most differently.
Count setup, sound check and teardown — a 3-hour event is rarely a 3-hour job.
A beautiful event video with bad audio is still a bad event video.
Streaming is a second production running alongside the first.
Anything that changes what the crew is doing at the venue.
Where “coverage” becomes “production”. Decide this before comparing quotes.
Speed is a production feature, not a free add-on.
Send us the setup you just built and we'll price it against your actual date and venue — with crew, equipment, audio, editing, deliverables and turnaround listed separately, so it's comparable to any other quote you're holding.
Your current spec — ₹84,000 – ₹1,28,000, complete corporate package — is attached automatically.

₹84,000 – ₹1,28,000
Two vendors can both say “2-camera coverage” and deliver completely different results. Your final cost is really made of four things — plus the production complexity of the venue itself.
Operators, a director or producer, and audio or streaming technicians. One camera is cheaper, but it can only be in one place — for a keynote it gives you the speaker or the audience, not both.
The most underestimated line on any quote. A clean feed from the venue desk plus independent backup recording is the difference between a usable speaker video and an unusable one.
Editing, colour, audio cleanup, motion graphics, subtitles and social cutdowns. Three hours of coverage does not mean three hours of edited video — a package often means a 60–120 second film.
A highlight delivered the same evening changes the entire workflow: someone has to ingest, cut, colour, mix, export and get approval while the event is still running.
This is the explainer we researched this guide against. The rates in it are US-market, so treat the numbers as illustrative — but the reasoning about crew, audio, editing and turnaround is exactly the reasoning behind the calculator above.

Indicative planning ranges for 2026, not a universal price list. Venue requirements, event duration, number of deliverables and a production company's workflow can all move the price significantly.
| Event coverage | Indicative budget | What you can expect |
|---|---|---|
| Basic single-camera coverage | ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 | 1 camera operator, basic audio, limited edits or raw footage |
| Small corporate event | ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 | 1–2 cameras, event coverage, basic highlight edit |
| Corporate conference | ₹60,000 – ₹1,25,000 | 2–3 cameras, speaker coverage, audience/B-roll, edited recap |
| Conference + interviews | ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 | Event coverage plus speaker, customer or founder interviews |
| Multi-camera event production | ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000+ | 3–5 cameras, dedicated audio, production crew, complex editing |
| Live streaming / hybrid event | ₹75,000 – ₹2,50,000+ | Cameras, switching, streaming, graphics, internet redundancy, operators |
| Same-day / next-day highlight | ₹1,00,000+ | On-site workflow, rapid editing, approvals and accelerated delivery |
These are the calculator's starting points, priced before GST. Tap any of them in the calculator above to see the line-by-line breakdown and change it.

This is why a ₹35,000 quote and a ₹75,000 quote can both be reasonable — they are simply selling different outputs.
Instead of starting with “what is your camera price?”, start with the content you actually need. Pick the goal, and the setup follows.
We want a professional record of the event.
We want the event to create content for the next few weeks.
People outside the venue need to watch the event live.
Turn one event into a library of marketing assets.
The city has everything from solo freelance videographers to full production houses. That makes the market flexible — and makes quotes hard to compare.
A three-hour event is not always a three-hour job. Crew often arrive 1–2 hours early for setup, sound checks, camera positioning and rehearsal — then add travel, teardown and data backup.
One camera limits what can be captured simultaneously. Two let you hold a safe wide while getting close-ups. Three or more give real flexibility during a live event.
For conferences, take a clean feed from the venue's system and record independent backup. For interviews, wireless mics and controlled recording make a major difference.
Ask what the quote includes: raw footage, highlight video, full recording, interview edits, social cutdowns, motion graphics, colour, audio cleanup, subtitles and revision rounds.
Bangalore events run in hotels, coworking spaces, offices, convention centres and outdoors. The venue affects the production more than people expect — and these details belong in the conversation, not in a surprise on the day.
If these ten lines are written out clearly, comparing vendors stops being guesswork. It's the same structure the calculator above uses.
For a small event with a simple brief, a good freelancer can be the right choice. For a conference, launch or high-value corporate event, a small production team gives you more safety, because different people can handle camera, audio, production and data at the same time.
The real question isn't freelancer versus production company. It's: how much would it cost if an important moment, speaker, interview or audio track was missed?
For an event that cannot be repeated, reliability is part of the production value.
As a planning range: ₹25,000–₹50,000 for simple coverage, ₹50,000–₹1.5 lakh for a more complete corporate-event package, and ₹1.5 lakh and above for multi-camera, livestreamed, fast-turnaround or broadcast-style production. The actual quote depends on crew, equipment, venue, deliverables and turnaround — which is what the calculator on this page lets you model.
A realistic mid-level package is a 2-person crew, 2 cameras, 3–4 hours of coverage, basic event audio, B-roll, a 60–120 second highlight film, basic colour correction, one revision round and delivery in 5–7 working days. It usually does not include the full event recording, interviews, livestreaming, a same-day edit, multiple social cutdowns, a motion graphics package or travel outside Bangalore.
Because they are usually selling different outputs. Two vendors can both offer '2-camera coverage' and deliver completely different results — the cost sits in crew size, audio setup, editing scope, number of deliverables and turnaround speed. A ₹35,000 quote and a ₹75,000 quote can both be reasonable. Compare the deliverables, not the camera count.
Streaming typically adds ₹25,000–₹45,000 for a single-platform switched stream, and ₹45,000–₹90,000 for a multi-platform stream with graphics, presentation feeds and backup internet. That is on top of the crew, cameras and audio, because a livestream is effectively a second production running alongside the first — with the redundancy an unrepeatable event needs.
Yes. Speed is a production feature, not a free add-on. A same-day highlight needs an editor and edit station on site, ingesting and cutting while the event is still running, with approvals compressed into hours. Expect the post-production portion to be priced significantly higher, plus an on-site editing fee — same-day packages generally start around ₹1 lakh.
No — it is a planning range built from indicative Bangalore rates, designed to help you budget and compare vendors. Venue access, stage count, permissions, travel, revision rounds and taxes can all move the final figure. Send your spec through the form and we'll price it properly against your date and venue.

Ask for a quote that separates event-day coverage, crew size, equipment, audio setup, editing, final deliverables, turnaround time, revision rounds, travel and additional-hour charges, and GST or venue charges. When those are written out clearly, comparing vendors becomes straightforward.
The right budget depends less on how many hours someone holds a camera and more on what you want to do with the footage afterwards. If the video is only an archive, keep the setup lean. If the event is a marketing opportunity, invest in interviews, storytelling and social cutdowns. If it needs to be broadcast live, budget for the infrastructure and redundancy that makes it reliable.
