Town Hall, Webinar & Hybrid Event Production in Bengaluru

Professional production for company town halls, all-hands, AGMs, webinars and hybrid conferences in Bengaluru — remote speakers on screen, private streams for employees, live Q&A, and a crew running it so your team can focus on the content.

What we offer

Town Halls, Webinars & Hybrid Events

All-hands, AGMs, webinars and hybrid conferences — remote speakers, Zoom or Teams, private streams and live Q&A, run by a crew.

01

Town Halls & All-Hands

Leadership on stage or in a studio, slides and video playback cut in cleanly, remote offices watching on a private stream, and questions coming back to the room.

02

Webinars That Look Produced

Multi-camera presenters, branded titles and slides, and guests joining remotely — streamed to Zoom, Teams, YouTube or LinkedIn instead of a single laptop camera.

03

Hybrid Conferences

In-room audience and online audience served at once: remote speakers on the venue screens, the stage on the stream, and sound that works for both.

04

Recording & Follow-Up Content

The full session recorded clean, then edited into on-demand versions, highlights and clips for internal channels or social.

How it runs

The same shape every time, so you know what is happening and when.

  1. 01

    Agree the run sheet

Speakers, slides, videos, remote guests, Q&A and the platform — we turn the agenda into a technical run sheet everyone signs off.

  2. 02

    Rehearse with speakers

A short technical run-through with presenters and remote guests: their camera, microphone, slides and cues, so nothing is tested for the first time live.

  3. 03

    Run the event

Cameras, slides, remote guests and graphics switched live, sound mixed for the room and the stream, and the stream health watched throughout.

  4. 04

    Deliver the recordings

Clean full recording for on-demand viewing, plus edited highlights and clips for internal comms or social.

Why Gloworks

One crew, one roof, start to finish.

01

Private When It Needs to Be

Internal events stay internal: platforms and access set up around your company's tools and policies.

02

Remote Speakers, Done Properly

Guests on video calls brought into the show with clean sound and on-screen graphics, not a laptop pointed at a screen.

03

Rehearsed, Not Improvised

A technical run-through with speakers before the day, so the first slide change works on the first try.

04

Backup at Every Step

Redundant connectivity and local recording on every source, so a dropped connection never costs you the session.

Frequently asked

The questions we get every week.

Can you stream to Microsoft Teams or Zoom rather than YouTube?

Yes. We feed our produced programme into Teams, Zoom or Webex as the presenter source, or stream to YouTube, LinkedIn or a platform your company already uses. We work around your IT team's requirements for internal events.

Can remote speakers join from another city or country?

Yes. Remote speakers join on a video call and we bring them into the programme with proper audio and graphics, so they appear as part of the show. We test their setup with them before the day.

Can the stream be private to employees?

Yes. Internal events usually run on the company's own Teams or Zoom, or as an unlisted or access-controlled stream. We agree the access arrangement with you before the event.

Can we take audience questions from online viewers?

Yes. Questions from the platform's chat or Q&A tool are moderated and passed to the host on stage, so remote viewers take part rather than just watch.

Can you host the event at your studio instead of our office?

Yes. For webinars and smaller town halls, our HSR Layout studio gives you controlled lighting and sound without setting up a room at your office.
