Plan the fixtures
We go through the fixture list, the ground and the internet situation, and agree with the organisers what will be streamed, to whom, and for how long it stays online.

Rig the ground
Cameras on high, stable positions for the wide angle, closer cameras where the action concentrates, commentary position wired, and the stream tested from the venue before the first whistle.

Stream the match
An operator cuts between cameras, the score and clock update from the touchline, and someone watches the live output on a separate device for the whole match.

Deliver the footage
Full-match recording, a highlights cut and short clips for social, delivered in the formats each platform needs.

The questions we get every week.
Which sports can you put a live scoreboard on?
Our scoreboard tool runs football today — score, team colours and logos, period and match clock. Cricket, badminton, pickleball and box cricket are being added. For any sport, we can still stream multi-camera coverage with a simpler on-screen title and score.
Can parents and fans watch privately rather than publicly?
Yes. YouTube's unlisted streams, or a private platform the school already uses, keep the stream to people who have the link. For school events we agree visibility and how long the recording stays up before the day.
What if the ground has no internet?
That is normal. We bring our own connectivity, bonding more than one mobile network so a single congested tower does not end the stream, and every camera records locally regardless — so the full match is never lost.
Can the scoreboard show on a big screen at the venue too?
Yes. The same board can run full-screen on a venue display and as an overlay on the stream, both updated from one phone at the touchline.
How much does it cost to live stream a tournament?
