The short version
Being there from six thousand kilometres away
A great many families in Kerala and across South India have someone who cannot be at the funeral. A visa that will not come through in three days, a job in the Gulf that cannot be left, a flight that would land the morning after. Watching it live is not a substitute for being there. It is, for a lot of people, the only thing that stops them missing it entirely.
So this is a job with one requirement above every other: it works, quietly, the first time. There is no rehearsal and no second attempt. We bring our own connectivity rather than relying on the house or the church's, and we record locally throughout, so that even in the worst case the family is left with something.
The crew's job is to be invisible. One or two cameras placed before people arrive, no lights in anybody's face, no one moving around during the service. We are not making a film. We are keeping a window open for a son in Sharjah.
On timing, we would rather tell you what we can actually keep than what sounds best. We take short-notice and next-day bookings, and we will always tell you straight away whether we can cover it rather than leaving you waiting. If we cannot, we will say so quickly enough for you to find someone who can.

Not everything should be public. We can stream to an unlisted link shared only with the family, or to the parish's own channel if that is what is wanted.
Our own connectivity
We do not depend on the building's internet. It is the single most common reason a funeral stream fails, and it is avoidable.
A recording kept for the family
Delivered afterwards, in a form that can be shared with relatives who could not watch live either — different time zones mean many will not.
One or two cameras, placed early
Rigged before anyone arrives and not touched afterwards. No movement during the service.

How quickly can you cover a funeral?
We take short-notice and next-day bookings. We do not promise same-day at any hour, because that is a commitment we could not always keep and this is not something to be unreliable about. Call as early as you can and we will tell you straight away whether we can be there.
Can the stream be private?
Yes. We can stream to an unlisted link shared only with the people you choose, rather than publicly. Many families prefer this, and it is the default unless you ask otherwise.
What if the internet at the church is bad?
We bring our own and bond more than one connection, because venue internet is the most common reason these streams fail. Every camera also records locally throughout, so even in the worst case the family is left with a recording.
Will the crew be noticeable?
That is the thing we work hardest at. Cameras are placed and tested before anyone arrives, there are no lights, and nobody moves during the service.
Can you cover both the church service and the burial?
Yes, including when they are in different places. Tell us both locations and the timing and we will plan the move.
Will we get a copy afterwards?
Yes, without needing to ask. Relatives in other time zones frequently cannot watch live either, so the recording matters as much as the stream.
What does it cost?
Less than most families fear, and we will tell you on the call rather than making you wait for a written quote. It depends mainly on where the service is and whether there is a second location.
